I've been wanting to make a batch of "art bags" for a couple of years. The time has come! This is my favorite so far! In preparation for the Comité Noviembre Art and Crafts Fair, Nov. 17, 2012, beginning at 11 a.m. at Hostos Community College. My favorite event of the year!
